You’ll have the campsite to yourself.
Description
We have only 2 RV sites with partial hook ups (site #7 and #17), electricity and water, no sewer. Wi-fi is spotty. All sites come with a picnic table and fire pit. These sites can accommodate rigs up to 26′ in length. We have full hook-up sites that can accommodate any size rigs. Most of the sites have shade.
We’re at 3500 feet elevation. It never gets very hot. We’re away from the main road so there’s no traffic or noise yet we’re close to the stores and gas stations (2 miles). Our water is pure volcanic with all the minerals and no chemicals, lab tested. Small lake aka fishing pond and year round creek on the 18 acre wooded property. Perfect place to relax surrounded by nature.

Cancellation Policy
- A non-refundable deposit of 1 night's rate is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 14 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellation outside of 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. Cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount. Once full payment has been taken, no refund will be given if all or any part of the reservation is canceled either before the arrival date or during the stay. HOLIDAYS and Special Events: A non-refundable deposit of 1 night's room rate is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellation outside of 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount. Once full payment has been taken, no refund will be given if all or any part of the reservation is canceled either before the arrival date or during the stay. Changing Dates: Modifications to an existing reservation such as changing dates can only be made before full payment has been taken. If you made your reservation through Expedia or any other third party company, you will need to contact them directly in order to cancel. **Refunds are not given due to events out of our control including COVID19, power outages, weather (snow, rain, wind etc), fires and smoke, closures of any or all trails inside Lassen NP, Government /state closures, etc. RESERVATION UPDATE To change or cancel your reservation, please contact the front desk at livingspringsresort@gmail.com or by phone at 530-474-1776.
