PET POLICY:

Here at Living Springs, we adore your fur babies! We have only a few rentals that are not pet-friendly (Tiny House, Bell Tents, and any rentable RVs), all other units are pet friendly. There are no breed restrictions, but we do kindly ask that, while you are here, you make sure your pet(s) always remain leashed. If you put your pet on a runner outside, they must be always supervised. And if they make a mess, please make sure you pick it up! There is a $75 clean-up fee for those who do not comply.
Pets are allowed in most of our rental units for an additional fee of $35-50 per stay. Maximum 3 pets allowed. No pet fee is charged for RV or tent sites.
Not letting us know about your pet(s) before you check in can result in a $100 non-refundable fee.

QUIET TIME:

The campground quiet time is from 10pm-8am. We enforce a “quiet time” to make sure all guests can enjoy their stay, so please respect your fellow campers! Loud music, bright lights, excessive noise, or parties will NOT be tolerated at any time.

If you have guests visiting during the day, they must leave the campground by 10pm.

VEHICLES:

Our campground speed limit is 5MPH. Please obey posted speed limits (5mph) and be aware of children and pets in the campground. Not observing this speed limit may result in you being asked to leave.
There are only 2 vehicles allowed per site. No ATVs or motorbikes are permitted to be operated in the campground.
No vehicle or RV washing allowed. Major vehicle repair is prohibited in the Park. No boats, utility trailers, storage trailers or auto trailers may be parked inside the Park without Park approval. All travel trailers and fifth wheels must be accompanied by a tow vehicle that will remain with the occupant unless
prior written approval from the Park management.

BIKES/MOTORIZED TOYS:

When operating any motorized vehicles/toys, please always use at a safe speed and be in control at all times. Stay alert and watch for pedestrians.

Children using electric toy vehicles should always be under the supervision of a responsible adult.

GARBAGE:

Please put all trash in plastic bags and place them in the marked trash cans. Any food and trash left outside will attract bears and other wildlife. Please keep everyone safe by taking care of your own trash! Do not leave any trash in or outside of the units and separate all recyclables and place them in the marked containers by the dumpsters.

Please ensure your site/unit is clean with no garbage left outside or in the fire pits. Please take any large items (batteries, propane bottles etc) back with you.
No hazardous materials may be used, disposed of or spilled inside the park at any time.

All rental units are non-smoking! If smoking occurs during your stay, a $350 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card. There is also NO smoking in any of our other buildings, including the office and bathrooms. Thank you for extinguishing cigarettes in the proper containers and not on the ground!
