Description
Sleeps 4. It’s a two bedroom cabin with a Queen bed in one room and a Double bed in the other room. No kitchen and no bathroom inside the cabin. The cabin has a small refrigerator, coffee maker and a microwave. Air conditioner for those few hot nights and a heater in the winter. Outside is a picnic table, a BBQ grill and a fire pit for cooking or for evening ambiance. Shared bathrooms with showers are just a few steps away.

Cancellation Policy
- A non-refundable deposit of 1 night's rate is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 14 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellation outside of 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. Cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount. Once full payment has been taken, no refund will be given if all or any part of the reservation is canceled either before the arrival date or during the stay. HOLIDAYS and Special Events: A non-refundable deposit of 1 night's room rate is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellation outside of 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount. Once full payment has been taken, no refund will be given if all or any part of the reservation is canceled either before the arrival date or during the stay. Changing Dates: Modifications to an existing reservation such as changing dates can only be made before full payment has been taken.
