Description
We have 8 spacious tent sites, a few of them are waterfront sites either by our mini lake or by the creek.
Camp under millions of stars with the relaxing sound of the creek and a small waterfall. Enjoy spacious campsites nestled among majestic tall pine trees with free parking at your site. Our campsites can accommodate groups large and small and are a perfect basecamp for your adventures in our area.
WHAT ARE THE SITES LIKE?
Each campsite has a private fire pit and picnic table. No electricity at any of the tent sites, but a few of them have water spigots. If you are planning on cooking your meals, please remember to bring fire grates, grills, or camp stoves. Our campsites are a short walk to the restroom and shower facilities. There are 4 bathrooms, 2 of them are with showers. Showers are coin operating, $0.50 cents for 3 min of hot water. Potable water spigots are located in common areas and in select sites throughout the campground. Our water is drinkable, clean, live water straight from the volcanic ground. No Wi-fi available at tent sites, but there is a sitting area in front of the office where you can connect anytime. For a detailed list of our campground amenities, please go to our Home Page.
ARE YOU BRINGING YOUR PET?
- No wandering animals. Pets must be on a leash at all times, in and out of campsites.
- Pets may not be left unattended in any part of the campground, including your campsite, at any time, in any weather.
- You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. Every little bit, every time. Thanks!
- You assume full responsibility and liability for all actions or incidents caused by your pet while on Living Springs Resort property.
- Maximum 2 pets per campsite.
- Noncompliance with these pet rules may result in your having to leave the campground.
ARE CAMPFIRES ALLOWED?
As long as it’s contained within the fire pit, you can enjoy your campfire. At Living Springs Resort, we encourage campfires and appreciate guests who act mindfully and responsibly when setting, maintaining and extinguishing their fires. When common sense and the basics of safe campfire management are followed, campfires are safe for people and the environment.
We claim the right to demand any campfire be put out or brought better under control if we deem it to be unsafe in any way or the individuals in charge to be acting irresponsibly in any way with fire.

Cancellation Policy
- A non-refundable deposit of 1 night's rate is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 14 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellation outside of 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. Cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount. Once full payment has been taken, no refund will be given if all or any part of the reservation is canceled either before the arrival date or during the stay. HOLIDAYS and Special Events: A non-refundable deposit of 1 night's room rate is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellation outside of 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount. Once full payment has been taken, no refund will be given if all or any part of the reservation is canceled either before the arrival date or during the stay. Changing Dates: Modifications to an existing reservation such as changing dates can only be made before full payment has been taken. If you made your reservation through Expedia or any other third party company, you will need to contact them directly in order to cancel. **Refunds are not given due to events out of our control including COVID19, power outages, weather (snow, rain, wind etc), fires and smoke, closures of any or all trails inside Lassen NP, Government /state closures, etc. RESERVATION UPDATE To change or cancel your reservation, please contact the front desk at livingspringsresort@gmail.com or by phone at 530-474-1776.
